Hunting Area Info!
Lone Eagle Outdoors of Heber-Overgaard AZ resides in Hunt Unit 4B within AZGFD Pinetop Region 1. Much of Unit 4B and the adjacent units 3C and 4A are within the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest on the Mogollon Rim For those successfully drawn for a hunt in this area, be sure to come into the store and pick up your licenses, stamps, non-draw tags and regulations.
Note: Heber-Overgaard is within the Black Mesa Ranger District of the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest and their office resides in Overgaard (928-535-7300). Some useful links on the subject are provided below.
Pricing is set by the State of Arizona for all license dealers. Below you'll find a list of the most current hunting license fees (valid through 2011).

- Youth Combo $26.50
MENTORING PROGRAM....Interested in introducing someone to hunting? AZ Game and Fish Department now offers an Apprentice Hunting License for individuals, youth or adult, to experience "hunting, firearm safety and wildlife conservation without cost prohibitive burdens." Check out the link above for more details. These licenses are only available at AZGFD Offices.
Lose your license or tag? No problem -- we also sell duplicate licenses, tags, and hunt permits for only $4.00 each (affidavit required).
